Where boys and girls aged 8-16 in South Leytonstone enjoy boxing and enjoy life.
We teach non-contact boxing under the national Boxing Awards scheme, led by an ABA coach and trained local volunteers. We also run games and activities to develop life skills – covering everything from healthy living to dealing with gangs.
The club has a family atmosphere and a strong community spirit. Everyone is welcomed and valued.
Box4Life is run by SLADA - a local registered charity. The club opened in 2009, initially financed by the Home Office through the Communities Against Gangs, Guns and Knives Fund.
We meet every week during school term,
Tuesday evening from 6.30 - 8.30 pm, at Cann Hall Baptist Church, Cann Hall Road, Leytonstone.
Friday evening 6.00 - 7.30 for ages 8 - 12 & 7.30 - 9.00 for ages 13 - 16 at Cathall Leisure Centre, Cathall Road E11 4LA
Membership is £1 and sessions cost £2.
