BOXERCISE IS GO!

The day that many parents and friends have been waiting for has finally arrived.

Peter Akubuko will be holding BOXERCISE sessions for adults this term at Cann Hall Baptist Church on WEDNESDAY evenings, 6.30 - 7.30. Sessions cost just £5.

Boxercise - a safe, STRESS-BUSTING and fun form of exercise for all ages and abilities.
